Assessment/ Diagnostic Testing Fee $25

Admissions & Enrollment Steps:

1. Attend an information meeting to meet our staff and take a tour. 
2. Parent  and student interview with our Dean of Students or Executive Director will be scheduled upon receipt of all needed documentation. The admissions & enrollment documents must be received in advance of the interview to give our staff the time to review all information provided prior to your family interview.
3. Submit the application & diagnostic testing fee (to secure your child’s place)
4. New students will complete an assessment/ diagnostic test either on site (if scheduling allows) or at a designated testing location.
5. A formal acceptance letter will be sent via email.  
6. Monthly Tuition Payment - Submitted prior to the student's first day of school.

Student Tuition Cost:     2026-2027 School year  - $275.00 per month per student 

Multi-Student Family Discount

• 20% Sibling Discount - If you have more than four children enrolled in the academy, your first child’s tuition will be billed at the regular rate. Each sibling thereafter will receive a 20% discount per month on tuition. 

One Day  - $91.67 per month per student

Two Days - $ 183.32 per month per student

Three Days - Full tuition cost - $275

School Hours:
K-5th grade
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

(Mondays and Wednesdays are homeschool group days/ work from home, so feel free to hang out with your group or co-op!)

9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Flex schedules are available to meet student needs)

Drop-off & Pick-up Times:
9:00 am - Morning Drop-off  Time
1:00 pm - Afternoon Pick-up Time

* C.O.R.E Academy does not currently offer before or after school care.

* Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by end of August       

* Space is limited to ensure quality education.
